For items in the UK, all purchases are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. Your items should arrive within a maximum of 10 working days from completing your order. if you require your gift sooner, please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For our overseas customers, all purchases are dispatched via Royal Mail international standard mail.
Lost in Transit
Orders sent out by Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. However please do not hesitate to contact us for further help should your order become lost in transit.
As all of our items are made to order, if you decide to change your mind, we can only accept cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please email us at email@example.com
Unfortunately we are not able to accept any returns on our made to order personalised items.
All of our items are checked thoroughly and dispatched in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that an item is received as damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied we will of course be able to supply a replacement item or offer you a full refund on return of the goods.
If this is the case, please contact us by email : firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched asap.
